This cocktail is sooooo beautiful and it's a perfectly refreshing summer concoction. So we thought we'd share our recipe so you can enjoy it too!
Barefoot In The Garden:
1 inch slice of fresh cucumber, cut into 8 pieces
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)
1 1/2 oz tequila
fresh cilantro and salt for garnish
Muddle cucumber slices and cilantro, then add all ingredients and shake. Salt glass rim if desired, then strain and serve over ice. Garnish with a generous sprig of cilantro.
